"Boy am I glad I called Grant's office and spoke with Mackenzie. This office was recommended to me by my mortage broker who did my refi. He was surprised at how high my insurance payment was and told me to call Grant's office. Mackenzie was super responsive, answering all my emails and phone calls promptly. She took the time the explain things very carefully. Every time I spoke to her, she was knowledge about their insurance and our situation. And there rates were much lower! I saved thosands. "Was very unhappy with the way my husbands truck claim is being handled when another company truck hit his truck while it was parked. State Farm had to get involved because we could not get the other companies insurance to answer us in a timely manner. Same issue with State Farm, lack of communication, but they didn’t seem to fully listen to my husband when he said his truck was having additional issues and we were unhappy with the collision company State Farm is partnered with. State Farm also got an attitude with my husband regarding him complaining about this collision company and that he felt like the guy who was handling his truck was not listening to him and also seemed like he was just wanting to get money from us/State Farm. This whole thing has been handled very poorly by everyone involved but when you pay to have insurance to protect you and your car and get treated like your opinion/feelings don’t matter, its hard to want to stay with that company. We are still waiting to be refunded for the truck repairs and State Farm said it could take up to 6 months. We have also found someone cheaper to go with for our insurance needs."

He also answered all of my questions Including the what if's to find the best coverage for me.
