"Mackenzie doesn’t know what she’s doing, and very unprofessional. The way she does business is the same as phone scammers. It started with her calling me early October with a quote on insurance. She said she’d call me the last week of October for payment. I asked her for the quote on paper , like in the State Farm app , by mail or email. I told her I need to see what I’m buying to fully be onboard. She failed to provide it , I called her twice with questions she couldn’t answer and didn’t want to, she’s arrogant. Shes annoyed by me calling and she wanted me to blindly trust her. She dismissed me, Saying everything is fine just pay her when she calls the last week of October.. Also Mackenzie repeatedly told me there is no discount for paying in full and was very pushy that I pay monthly. This girl gave me bad vibes so I gave up on her and renewed with my previous company on November 1st. Then November 3rd she’s calling me for payment… She was supposed to call the last week of October?! She never did..I had told her my previous policy expired on November 1st. She’s incompetent it’s hilarious at this point. Mackenzie , Why would I or anyone give my credit card over the phone to someone I never met or never got a quote by mail , in the app or email?! I was surprised she called and because she thinks I’m stupid.. I treated her like a scam caller and hung up, I am busy and just had surgery. She’s wasted my time and I don’t have energy for people like her. So most likely the good reviews are fake written by her friends and family."

"Mackenzie was GREAT! Not only did she help us save significantly on our insurance, but she also walked us through the exact coverage we would be receiving, which was twice as much as our previous provider. I really appreciated the time and care she took to help me better understand what I was paying for and how I was being protected. She and Grant were also super friendly and helpful in going over all my options for life insurance, which was a relief, as I went into that conversation with very little knowledge. "Edit: Grant Murphy was nice enough to reach out directly regarding the issues I mentioned below. He completely understood my point of view and promised me that he would reach out directly to the applicable State Farm department on my behalf. He did explain his role in all of this and how the letter was not coming directly from his office, but from State Farm’s underwriting department. I understood his frustration because his office had no direct control. I really wanted to rate State Farm Corporation and jumped the gun on rating his office directly. Now, as far as this office goes, I can definitely say that the customer service is very good. We did have a minor hiccup early on when my rates raised fairly significantly for moving a walking distance of 7 minutes in the same zip code. To be clear, I wasn’t perturbed by the amount as I was for the lack of communication regarding said increased because I received notification when the rate on one of my cars went up $5 a month. Seemed odd not to receive notification of an increase that was about five fold that when they had my new address well in advance. With that being said, I was contacted immediately and the customer service is impeccable there. I would definitely recommend this office! Previous review directly at State Farm Corp: I have been with State Farm for well over 25 years. I have had multiple vehicles insured over that time and have had full coverage on all including roadside assistance. I personally have not used roadside assistance and have only had one claim where a runaway cart hit my brand new car in 2008. I have been in a relationship with a wonderful woman for the past 8+ years and her vehicle was added back in 2017ish and our newer car was added in 2019. In that time, she has had some bad luck with our newer car being hit a few times. The two most recent occurred when she was in Walmart and someone was caught on camera hitting our car and taking off and the second happened when her daughter had the car and she was at her boyfriend’s place and came out to a note on the car where someone had backed into the driver’s side door. The third happened when my girlfriend was stopped in traffic in a parking lot waiting for traffic to move and someone backed into her trying to pull out of a space. On top of that, there were two roadside assistance claims where there were either flat tires or a key being locked in the car (the van locks itself sometimes). We received a letter recently from State Farm regarding “unfavorable trends” and how these can eventually raise our rates. They also talked about looking into each claim and the nature of the claims. Then they encourage us to review their drivings tips. Please explain to me how any existing driving tips can assist? If they did indeed look into the nature of each claim, they would see that the three incidents that caused damage were completely unavoidable. Also, two of the three were paid in full by the other parties insurance. We simply started the claim with State Farm because we didn’t want to wait to get our car serviced. Only the third one ended up being paid by State Farm because they could not find the person that hit our car in the parking lot. The two roadside assistance claims are questionable in terms of avoidance. I pay extra on each vehicle for the service and have only used it these two times plus maybe one or two more. I have paid well over $2,500 in roadside assistance premiums which more than covers the cost of the few times it has been needed. To me, the letter bordered on harassment and its tone was threatening. The implication that being a better driver could have avoided these claims is both asinine and ignorant of the facts involved in each incident. If they are going to send a letter out threatening to raise rates then they should at least do the very thing they say they are doing which is to actually look at the nature of each claim. It is obvious to me that the only thing they are looking into is dollar signs. Makes me wonder if State Farm truly wants us to remain customers."

We understand how frustrating it can be when claims occur through no fault of your own, and we recognize the circumstances you described. State Farm’s goal in sending letters like this is to provide awareness of how claim frequency can affect premiums across the industry, but we also know that each customer’s situation is unique and deserves to be looked at individually. Our corporate office are the ones to draft and mail such letters, which we have no authority to overturn. We’d welcome the chance to connect directly and review your policies and claim history in detail. Our commitment is to make sure you feel supported, fully understood, and confident that we’re looking out for your best interests. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office so we can discuss this together and work toward the best outcome for you moving forward.
