"I have been with this State Farm branch since I moved to Oregon in 2022. I have had the pleasure of working with them and have always received excellent service and responses from the team. I have worked with Joseph and Dustin since originally setting up just car and renter's insurance to recently adding home and life insurance. They have always presented themselves with professionalism and are pleasant to work with. They respect my and fiance's schedules as we don't work a regular 9-5 and are accommodating to follow up during our flexible hours. My emails and questions are always answered promptly and quickly responded to when they need to look into more on their end. I am not pushed to add extra things when I don't want to. They just give me info and respect my position when I don't want to make any changes."
